Worked to death - Karoshi in the UK?‏

Work till you drop dead that's what the Big Society really means. TheCon Dem's plan to make us continue to work way past our retirement and into our 70's. http://tiny.cc/3rm9i

Ed Davey, the Employment Relations Minister, said: "With more and more people wanting to extend their working lives we should not stop them just because they have reached a particular age. We want to give individuals greater choice and are moving swiftly to end discrimination of this kind".

What a backward step for society compelling people to work far more than any previously has, we should be cutting the retirement age and reducingt he working week with the advancment of our technological progress. Thisis a shameful admission of the failure of the current economic system, where the baning sector dominates over all others. Declining tax income, falling investment returns to pension funds and the failure of individual pension saving plans are all sited as the reasons for pushing people to work way into their 70's.

The reality is it's the banks that control the money supplied to theeconomy through debt issue, this is creating chaos and destruction formost while the bankers rake it in. You won't find a banker paid millions in bonuses working past their 40's let alone their 70's!
